1. Fighter Pilot:
You can join Indian Air Force as a fighter pilot through four ways. NDA (National Defense Academy):
One can join NDA after completing +2 with Physics and Maths compulsory.
2. CDS Examination:
This exam also is conducted by UPSC for those who are in final year or completed their final year of graduation from a recognised university and Maths and Physics passed in +2.
3. AFCAT Entry:
This entry opens up for the applicants who completed their graduation from any recognised university or are in final year with Physics and math passed in +2.
4. NCC Special Entry:
NCC Special entry is applicable only for senior air wing 'C' Certificate holder. They are extempted from written exam and directly goes for SSB and medicals afterwards.
2. Commercial Pilot:
1. CPL (Commercial Pilot License):
You can do a CPL course just after completing 12th class with Maths and Physics passed with aggregate 55% at least.
2. Cadet Programs:
Till now only Indigo and JET airways airlines are providing the cadet programme. Through this cadet programme, after successfully completion of the programme, one will be directly get absorbed by the airline of which cadet programme you are doing with 100% placement.

After completing your 12th with 50% marks, you may pursue a certification programme to become a flight attendant. Admissions to the certification programme may involve an interview and examination to determine your communication abilities and job aptitude. Typically, the duration of the course is four to eight months and it may cover topics such as airport familiarisation and flight assessment. You can learn flight procedures, ways to handle emergency situations and passenger psychology. Some of the certification courses after 12th you can consider are aviation management and hospitality, aviation customer service and flight attendants Certificate programme.
2. Get a Diploma
The Diploma courses for a flight attendant is a one-year programme where you may require passing an examination to get admission. The curriculum is like that of a certification programme. Along with the certification course's topics, you can learn leadership, inter-departmental communication, technical training on aircraft functioning and safety procedures. Also, you can join classes such as first aid, self-improvement, etiquette and presentation.
3. Consider pursuing an undergraduate degree
Having a Bachelor's degree is not generally mandatory for the flight attendant job. You can consider pursuing a Bachelor's degree in language, hospitality, communication or public relations to enhance your knowledge and communication abilities. Having a degree in foreign languages can provide you with opportunities to work with international airlines. Also, if you think of changing your career later, having a degree can help with other career options in the aviation industry or outside.
4. Gain relevant work experience
Try getting some experience in the customer service job roles during your education. It may help you develop the skills to interact with customers that are very important for the flight attendant job role. You may apply for a part-time or full-time role as receptionist, server or customer relationship executive. Having such experience can increase the chances of airlines short-listing your resume. Following are some common eligibility criteria you may require for applying for a flight attendant job:
Age limit: 17 to 26 years
Height: minimum 155.5 centimetres
Weight: proportional to height as per body mass index (BMI)
Appearance: positive body language, well-groomed, fair complexion and no visible tattoos.

What are the process to become a pilot? As you didn't described that whether you want to become an airline pilot or fighter pilot. So I am going to give the process for both fields pilot.
1. Fighter Pilot:
You can join Indian Air Force as a fighter pilot through four ways. NDA (National Defense Academy):
One can join NDA after completing +2 with Physics and Maths compulsory. The written exam consist of two papers and (I. e. Maths and General Awareness) is tough as it is conducted by UPSC and is of 900 marks (300+600 respectively) followed by SSB (Service Selection Board) a five day interview process and medicals. This entry is only applicable for unmarried male applicants. Through this entry, you will get permanent commission. National Defense Academy of India is considered as one of the best tri- service academy throughout the world.
2. CDS Examination:
This exam also is conducted by UPSC for those who are in final year or completed their final year of graduation from a recognised university and Maths and Physics passed in +2. To get a seat in AFA (Air Force Academy), one have to appear in CDS examination which consists of 3 parts I. e. elementary mathematics, English and General awareness wirh each section containing 200 marks to sum up for 600 marks, then followed by SSB and medicals. The toughness level of this exam is less than that of NDA. For this exam also, only unmarried male applicants are eligible. Through this entry also, one gets a permanent commission.
3. AFCAT Entry:
This entry opens up for the applicants who completed their graduation from any recognised university or are in final year with Physics and math passed in +2. The toughness level of this paper is comparatively lower than NDA or CDSE as this paper is conducted by Indian Air Force only. This paper is of two hours and contains 100 questions each carrying 3 marks summing up to 300 marks followed by SSB and medicals. Through this entry, you will only get short service commission for 14 years. Both unmarried male and female are eligible for this exam.
4. NCC Special Entry:
NCC Special entry is applicable only for senior air wing 'C' Certificate holder. They are extempted from written exam and directly goes for SSB and medicals afterwards.
