  • Age: 18-26 years old
  • Height: 5'2" (155–157 cm)
  • Weight: Proportionate to height
  • Passport: Holder of or eligible for an Indian passport
  • Vision: 6/6 in both eyes
  • Communication: Mastery in spoken English
  • Education: Completed Class 12 education in any stream or an undergraduate degree in aviation
  • Skills: Communication skills, detail orientation, problem-solving, professionalism
