1. Christ University
2. NMIMS, Mumbai
If you want to rank the colleges according to the placements that they provide, it will have to be:
1. NMIMS

At Christ, reputed companies like KPMG, DE Shaw, and PWCA come for placements. The average CTC offered by the recruiting companies is 5 Lacs per annum. Hello, Sanjankalyanshetty, starting salary of pilot could be anything from INR 2 Lacs to INR 4 lacs. It all depends on the experience of the pilot and for the truly fresh pilot it could be at the minimum of the band. Best wishes to you.

Hello Neeru Kalher, It is very nice to hear from you that you want to become a pilot and more importantly you are trying to find out what the medically called conditions for a student can become a pilot. Yes, eyesight should be 6 by 6 but it may not be the natural thing even correcting its eyesight to this level is acceptable. But eyesight is not the only thing. Many more conditions are tested by the medical team at every flying college or Academy before they will admit you to the course which will enable you to become a pilot. Hello Swapnil Gawande, I can understand your angst and anxiety. Armed forces personal war engaged in flying or servicing military aircraft are governed by a different set of rules. CEMILAC is the organization that authorizes aircraft to fly and also personnel to carry out maintenance of the aircraft while on the civil side it is the DGCA that does this job. When armed forces are personal or shifting from military to Civil flying they need to obtain a DGCA license. DGCA offers many concessions because of the personnel already working on aircraft. Hello Shaheen Perween, yes GMR Institute offers cargo training which is recognized by IATA. But this is only a 6 days course comprising physical and virtual modules. You need not worry about the fees since these should be very minimal. But definitely, it is not free of cost course. I am attaching a link that will give you information about GMR Aviation Academy and all its course duration fees and also recognition by various agencies. They claim that their placements record is above 80%. Hello Ritika Aher, HAL pravara Institute is the institute which is for graduation in A.M.E. Hence the eligibility is 12th standard pass. This is a three year course leading to degree of B.Sc. I cannot comment as to from where you got this information or hunch that this Institute except students after 11th but this is not a fact. Best wishes to you.
