Yes, a lot of private colleges offer admission to Diploma or UG Cargo Management courses without requiring an entrance test total.
For PG programs, there may still be colleges that prefer you to have an entrance score but you can still find direct admission on merit or a management quota in many reputable private colleges.

The syllabus and course focus of both specializations would differ on the basis of the college offering the course. The approach of the AME Mechanical stream course is towards the maintenance of jet engines and piston engines, while the Avionics stream is more inclined towards the maintenance of electronic systems of the aircraft.
