You have not written about the colleges where you wish to pursue the B.Sc. Aviation course. However, the basic eligibility criteria for B.Sc. Aviation of Pune Institute of Aviation is given below for an idea. Eligibility criteria:
1. 10+2 with PCM or
2. Passed Three Year Diploma Course approved by the DTE, Maharashtra State or Equivalent authority. Diploma (10 + 3) awarded by MSBTE or equivalent by any other Government body in following branches of engineering. I) Mechanical ii) Electronics iii) Electrical iv) Computer v) Information Technology vi) Automobile vii) Industrial Electronics viii) Radio Engineering and Telecommunication.
So from above, technically you are eligible for this course but not included in the eligibility criteria as mentioned above. So, it's better to ask the college directly regarding this.

The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing Pilot course is 10+2 Passed with Physics, Maths and English from recognised board or equivalent. The medical fitness is an important aspect and candidate should possess good physique /eye sight and should be medically fit as per the standards laid down in the Indian Aircraft Rules. Candidates are required to undergo Medical Examination with a DGCA approved Medical Practitioner / Medical Board and found fit. Fitness is subject to the assessment by the Director General of Civil Aviation New Delhi. The fee structure are varying according to colleges and can be in between Rs 21-50 Lacs. The following are the colleges offering the CPL course as under.

2. Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udan Academy Raebareli
3. Indira Gandhi Institute of Aeronautics Chandigarh, Delhi, Jaipur etc.
4. Government. Aviation Training Institute, Bhubaneswar.
