Dear No, completing Diploma just after 10th standard won't fetch you an air-hostess job. In order to become an air-hostess you must complete your 12th standard from a recognised university. Whereas, some airlines prefer candidates who have completed their graduation.

The flight attendant or Cabin Crew courses eligibility is 12th in most of the Institute. The student must be fluent in English, Hindi and any of the foreign language. The minimum height requirements for asked courses are 171 CM (Appx. 5 feet and 6 inches). The cabin crew course is provided only to students who are 18 years and above. The student must be fluent in English, Hindi and any of the foreign language. So from above you are not eligible for the asked course.
