You have not written about the colleges where you wish to pursue the B.Sc. Aviation course. However, the basic eligibility criteria for B.Sc. Aviation of Pune Institute of Aviation is given below for an idea. Eligibility criteria:
1. 10+2 with PCM or
2. Passed Three Year Diploma Course approved by the DTE, Maharashtra State or Equivalent authority. Diploma (10 + 3) awarded by MSBTE or equivalent by any other Government body in following branches of engineering. The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing Pilot course is 10+2 Passed with Physics, Maths and English from recognised board or equivalent. The medical fitness is an important aspect and candidate should possess good physique /eye sight and should be medically fit as per the standards laid down in the Indian Aircraft Rules. Candidates are required to undergo Medical Examination with a DGCA approved Medical Practitioner / Medical Board and found fit. Yes, Government Flying Training School Bangalore has the Pilot Training course. The School offers a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) of 24 Months duration courses. The eligibility criteria and other details are given below.
1. Min Age 17 years.
2. Educational qualification:10 + 2 Passed with Physics and Maths from recognized board or equivalent.
3. Course structure: 200 hours flying training followed by passing practical and written exams.
4. Duration: 24 months.
