You just have to do some ground work. Go to the careers section of the Airline you are interested in, type in Flight Attendants or Cabin Crew and they will often provide information on their selection criteria. This will may include height requirements. Some airlines just do a reach test where you have to reach up to a certain level during the interview. If you are not having much luck, there are still lots of opportunities as ground staff.

Jobs for those who have done their aeronautical engineering are very hard to come by, but on the other hand there sre plenty of jobs for those who complete their aircraft maintenance engineering courses, since after this course you get DGCA certification and then jobs in to Civil Airlines. Hello Diksha,
You are presently doing your graduation in Aeronautical Engineering and simultaneously wants to do certificate course which is offered by private institute set up by Jet Airways. Is that right? Yes I think so you can do both these courses simultaneously, but remember the presence or rather your attendance in regular engineering college is a must as far as the university rules and regulations go. Keeping this factor in mind you will have to attend the classes of the Other Institute. This other Institute being private may not insist on your attendance. The minimum educational qualification required to be a cabin crew / air hostess is class 12th.
I suppose, you are not eligible at present. Although, further clarification can be obtained by Frankfinn on this.

Both of the degree have equal opportunities for jobs in India and abroad. However, B.Sc HMCT have great scope over B.Sc-Aviation. Most of colleges provides 100% placement to their students.
