You may look for some air hostess training academies. They provide adequate training to get shortlisted as a cabin crew for an airline. No institute although gives a job guarantee. Hence it's all on your preparation level. If you are good, you will get in. In general, a candidate profile for freshers for cabin crew is as under:
Age: Between 18 and 27 years.
Minimum Height: Men - 170 cms and Women - 157 cms.
