Dude, Yes you can, of course join this course even after doing your Bachelor of engineering in EE. Generally, speaking the eligibility for admission for aircraft maintenance engineering course is 12th pass and it's 3 years bachelor of science course but it does not matter as there is no upper age limit for joining this course. Hence, even after completion of your BE, you can join this course.

You need to be 10+2 with minimum 45% marks, then take up a course in the profile of your choice. There are many good institutes, choose on basis of placements, faculty and course subjects.
