For CPL, the minimum +2 qualification with MPC subject required, some exemptions are there for AME candidate.

There is always a selection process which may or may not include entrance exam but an interview always a part of such process. Every airline has got its own format of selecting the candidates for cabin crew position. Interview, Group Discussion, Medicals etc. Are some inseparable parts of such selection process.

Yes, you have asked a very pertinent and interesting query. The scope for Aeronautical engineers in India is indeed Limited. There are not many opportunities for employment in this field. DRDO, ISRO or armed forces are the ones who employ Aeronautical engineers to some extent. Employment in private Industries is almost non existent.
