They have contact details of each centre's webpage, you can directly call them and ask for admission details. There is no such entrance exam required for the admission to Frankfinn.

No that's not at all related to each other. A.M.E. And Pilot License Training are altogether different from each other. An A.M.E. And a Pilot both cater for different duties in the operations of an Airline / Aircraft.

Yes, you can prepare to become a pilot.
You need to understand that pilot training is governed and regulated by DGCA and it is irrespective of the flying school you choose to train with. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criterion, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you visit http://www.dgca.nic.in/medical/me

There is no such course to become a ground staff. General graduation is enough to be a ground support staff. You should keep a track on the vacancy notifications as and when announced by various airlines from time to time. I'm sure many of those will fit as per your educational background.

The knowledge of spoken English is really an important factor to become a cabin crew. Institutions like Frankfinn help the candidates to groom for the entrance interview of airlines and also help in getting a basic knowledge of the aviation industry.
You may or may not need to take such classes as it depends on how you appear and carry your own self.
I would suggest you to learn some basic knowledge of the aviation sector via the internet and try appearing for some walk-in interviews for airline cabin crew.
