You are eligible for Diploma but Why are you going in reverse direction? Pursue PG in Aviation instead of Diploma. Diploma is for 10th class students is Junior Engineering course. There are many courses in Aviation M.Tech too, pursue them.

Airlines are equal opportunity provided to all genders. Hence, similar responsibilities are rested on both male and female staff.
As such, there is no special advantage in being a male cabin crew.
You shall be treated equally like any other cabin crew irrespective of his / her gender.

Both are same. Earlier, A.M.E. was a course which offered a License after completion and was considered as a professional course. It did not had the option of earning a degree. But, now DGCA has changed certain norms and have given the recognition of a degree course to A.M.E. Now, it comes with a degree and hence the pass outs can call them a graduate. The License of A.M.E. Shall still be awarded by DGCA. And the degree is given by the University or college.
As per my knowledge, B.Sc Hons in AME is better, because it helps you get a graduation degree apart from the AME License.

There is no such age as such to enter this course, because it is a course which will help you learn the in and out of ground staff duties.
It is not at all dependent on how old you are.
I am sure you can go ahead for this course. Do verify the acceptability and future before you enroll.

At your age of 32, usually airlines do not accept freshers. They rather expect professionals who have gained some work experience should join them who are above 30 years of age.

But, that does not mean that you are not eligible to apply for ground jobs. You can apply provided your work experience is relevant and acceptable to the job profile that you are looking to work for.
