There is no guarantee offered by any college for a job. You have to work your way towards a job, and do well in the course of your choice to get selected by placement agencies, and do well in the interview to secure a job. Regards.

Yoy can become a commercial pilot. For this, you have to obtain CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence). For obtaining CPL, you have to join a flying institute which will teach you about aircraft and flying. After gaining flying hours, you can obtain CPL and become a pilot in various airlines operating in India.

Yes, completing your class 12th from NIOS is acceptable to apply for pilot training programme. There are pre-requisites which you have to fulfill in order to qualify for training as a pilot. These are mentioned below. Please check for your eligibility to apply for a pilot training after class 12. Basic prerequisites:
You must complete Class XII under the 10+2 system or its equivalent with a minimum of 50 per cent marks in maths and physics. If you are willing to work in other sector,then why are you opting for aviation? After studying particular specialization, you will get job in same stream. If you want to work in other stream, then it will be difficult for you to get a job.

If your aim is to just get a commercial pilots license, the cost could be about 30 Lacs in Indian rupees. Of course, different flight schools charge differently. If you are talking about getting a job as a pilot in an airline or such company, you might have to spend almost an equal amount to train on the particular type of aircraft that the particular company flies. Depending on the type of aircraft, and the exact place where you would undergo the training, the cost could vary between just about 10 Lacs INR to almost 50 Lacs INR.
