No Degree is bad, of course, BCA is good but the question is if it is good for you or not?
If you have passed 12th class with commerce background and have math or IP as one of your subject then you should go for BCA only if you are interested in computer science degree.
If you have passed 12th with PCM you should opt for B.tech in computer science.
In BCA you'll learn about the applications of Computer Science and some knowledge about developing software for particular purpose whereas in B.tech you'll have core knowledge about developing softwares.

Total money depends on your ability to understand fundamentals of flying and how hard you work on theory and flying too.
And getting job is again depends on your ability to clear exams and interviews and sometimes your contacts.
Average cost 25 lakhs ( just for PPL, CPL, IR) and other costs depends.
There are many jobless pilots in India, some are really smart and some are just seating with CPL on hand ( no multi engine time ) and those who got ME have hardly few hours on Multi engine too.
I know few pilots who got some experience by working on Cessna caravan in Africa and when he came to india with about 450 hours of total time he got
