for becoming a pilot ,in 11th u have to take pcm stream (physics, chemistry,maths),u have to score above 55% in 12th,u must have one eye vision as 6/6 and other eye vision can be 6/9

To become a commercial pilot:
You need to first possess a student pilot license. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed class 12th in science (physics and mathematics) with 50% marks.
Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
You need to register at a flying club, which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.

Hello Ravichandran,
Eligibility to flying schools is 12th with PCM. It therefore looks quite difficult to me as to how you can join. I suggest you contact flying school nearest to you and check personally as to if there is any exception.

You have two ways to work become a pilot. One is take training from DGCA approved commercial pilot training institute. Secondly, take part in air force selection, if selected Air Force will provide you training of pilot.
