Depending on your colleges' approved syllabus, there may be upto 2 to 3 papers related to mathematics. Most important is managerial decision making which requires good understanding of maths & statistics.

Both are different field. BBA in aviation is more a management subject it has hardly to do anything technicality it may help you to understand business of aviation sector, how different department works and many subjects will be common like other business management subject. However B.Sc aviation is more technical subject and may be offered alongwith CPL I.e. commercial pilot license or AME I.e. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer course. Don't look at salary. I understand and appreciate your interest in pursuing courses related to aviation. B.Sc in Aviation is a more theoretical course with lesser focus on the practical aspects. B.Sc. in Aviation is a 3 years long Undergraduate Degree program. This course covers topics such as Air Regulations, Navigation, Meteorology, Aircraft and Engine, Air Traffic Control, Aviation Security, Flight Safety and Crew Management. Without pursuing pilot training course, you can't become a pilot.
You have to do both in order to become a good pilot. If you are planning to take Commercial Pilot as a career option then B.Sc Aviation may not directly benefit you except that you will have graduation degree and in long run based on your graduation degree, you can do MBA or any other PG degree.
