Let me explain the difference these fields.
Aviation is a field which is related to management/business of flying and operating engines of a flight. On the other hand, hospitality is a field which is related to operations and management of managing- catering food, living accommodation of guests. Whereas, travel management is a field which is related to the tourism sector like planning tours, holiday picnics, ticket bookings, suggesting places and spots, etc.

Normally, among the students, aviation management means something crazy but originally, in India, aviation management is not having that much growth. In fact, this specialisation is very narrow, therefore, prefer general BBA and later you can go for MBA from top notch institutes. Still, you can choose the best college.

The salary of a pilot doesn't depend on the state rather it depends on the company hiring the pilot. The salary of a newbie is near about 1-2 lakhs per month whereas for an experienced one it's about 8-10 lakhs per month.
