Aviation industry offers a lot more job prospects than typical ones that come to mind, such as pilots, air traffic controllers, or aircraft mechanics.

Air travel has in some cases surpassed pre-pandemic levels. There is a need for every job and profession that helps tourism due to increase in travellers.
As strong incentives, you might be given a salary above national average, subsidised holiday airport parking, subsidised commuter rail travel, cycle-to-work programmes, and a variety of expanding in-work advantages like pay hikes and additional vacation time for long-serving employees.
Small private planes may be where pilots start their

Yes but only if you have passed specific tests after earning your BSc in Aviation. To become a pilot, nevertheless, you do not always need a bachelor's degree in aviation. An applicant must have passed class 12 in Science stream with Physics and Mathematics as their core subjects and received a minimum grade of 50% to be eligible to become a pilot.

It is entirely up to you whether you want to pursue further education or a career as a pilot after receiving an MSc in aviation.

Yes BSc in Aviation is challenging but it is also manageable if you are passionate about it. It is not necessarily "hard" because of complex math but because it needs memorizing huge amount of regulations, procedures and also understanding technical subjects like aerodynamics, navigation and even meteorology.

BSc in Aviation is a 3 - 4 year UG course which is all about science, technology and management behind aviation also.

It is best for those who want to become aviation managers, air traffic controllers or even safety officers. But it doesn't make you a pilot because you'll need training for pilot license.

It basically prepares you for technical and managerial roles in aviation industry - both on ground and in air.
