To be a pilot, you need to be at least 12th pass. So, your first goal should be to pass your 10+2 with good marks.

1) If you want to work in manufacturing companies then u need to do a Master's degree.
2) If you want to work as a maintenance engineer then you need to complete the AME course.
3) If you want to go for designing then you need to go for interviews after completing your degree.
4) If you want to be an officer/engineer at the airport then you need to write the AAI exam.
5) If you want to be a customs officer/DGCA Officer then you need to take civil services examination.

In order to become a commercial pilot, you must have completed your class 12th under the 10+2 system or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in mathematics and physics.
Training in commercial flying can be taken with flying clubs, The Rashtriya Udan Academy and private flying academies.
The training goes through 3 stages of license. The licenses have to be procured in the following order:
1. Student Pilot License.
2. Private Pilot License.
3. Commercial Pilot License.
I. After completing class 11th and 12th with PCM, you can apply for the SPL.
II. After completing class 12th with PCM, you can enroll for the next license.

Russia is good for hospitality. If you want do hospitality courses in aviation, you can go for it. Else you can choose Emirates aviation academy which is one of the best in this terms.
