Yes, government flying schools are good but due to less training air crafts, it will take more time to complete your course there.
Placement assistance is average as you only have to work hard to get a good job after training.

You can prepare for IELTS and you must have good English skills to get admission. Study hard as you will need good grades, your concepts in physics and mathematics must be strong. Every university in UK has its own admission standards, you can check their websites. To apply for UK universities, you must apply through UCAS.

The aviation management course is not offered by any of the top level institute. However, HRM is offered by many top rated institutes such as IIM, XLRI, TISS, Symbiosis, etc. There is no point in pursuing MBA from an institute just for the sake of doing it.

Apart from 50% in your graduation, you should have cleared CAT, CMAT or management entrance exams in order to get admission in a reputed b-school for this course.
Institutes like UPES, Maples and many other provide such courses. You can go through the eligibility criteria on their official sites.
