Yes, you can be a pilot but not a commercial one as DGCA medical will unfit you for this because there is 99% chance of life risk if you are wrong about any single degree or anything in the sky.
I suggest you to do PPL if you want to fly but being a commercial pilot is very difficult for you & can even be dangerous for the passengers.

It is up to you. Fly as much as you want because if you are passionate about the aviation field there is no limit.

For commercial pilot training, you need to complete class 12th with physics and maths as the main subjects. You need to score 50 percent marks in both the subjects. You can directly contact any flying club in India for pilot training, they will give you ground classes for the licence exam which is taken by DGCA.
