You can join Indian Air Force with ECE degree. IAF has two technical branches for engineering services, that is, Aeronautical Engineering (Mechanical) & Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics). All engineering graduates with EEE, ECE, Electrical or Electronics degree are eligible to join Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics) branch.

Commercial Pilot License is the required qualification to start a career as Pilot in Passenger and Cargo Flights.
Eligibility " HSc with Minimum 50% in PCM is mandatory for admission. It will take one year to complete the course.
The course focused on both theory and practicals. Theory consists of Airline and Aviation basics, Aviation Rules, Navigation System, Structure and trouble shooting of various air catfts etc. There will be minimum 1000 Hours practical Fly training in various air catfts

No one, because the flying cost of a cessna 172 aircraft which is a training aircraft is around 11000 per hour. and you have to do 200 hours in different aircraft with night flying also with ground classes. the total cost for full training in India will be around 28 lacs minimum.
