Freshers will earn around Rs. 8000 to Rs. 10,000 each month. With increase in experience individuals can make as much as Rs. 12,000 - Rs. 18,000 every month. This will go up as you gain more experience.

That's an excellent question. A little research shows that airport managers arrive in those positions via varied paths. In the usa the director of JFK Airport has a degree in economics. However, in one of Australia's largest airports, the manager has a degree in Hospitality. Then you look at one of the larger airports in the Middle East (I'm answering this with some sensitivity so as to not cause offence, particularly as the manager is a friend of mine), some airport managers have arrived in that position as a result of being the son of an important businessman on the island. And whilst he may have arrived at that position through the time-honoured tradition of using 'Wasta' or 'Wasata,' he has proven himself to be a capable and admired leader in his role.
I think the question is axiomatic of the fact you can achieve almost anything you wish to with hard work and perhaps a degree of luck. There are countless people throughout the world who have positions of the highest authority and leadership who have never even attended school.
One particular story that comes to mind is the word renown Credit Reporting Agency, Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. Its founder, Lewis Tappan, who had no education and worked in his father's small mercantile store, advanced his small business into a world-wide respected organisation. And whilst the name 'D&B,' or Dun & Bradstreet may mean little to many, there was a time when it could cause beads of sweat to rise up on the faces of business owners. For it was D&B who would tell banks and other businesses whether the person seeking credit or loans was an honourable individual and had the capacity and integrity to be granted a loan.
Mr Tappan, himself, was an Abolitionist, who worked to achieve the freedom of the illegally enslaved Africans of the Amistad.
For decades, the D&B offices, located beneath the shadows of the WTC and the Woolworth's building, at 99 Church Street stood as a beacon of integrity for the Wall Street area of Lower Manhattan.
Sadly, the beautiful bronze plaque that was above the entrance to the first post-depression high-rise in Manhattan is no longer. It was sold for scrap following the collapse of the Twin Towers.
And some may suggest that the message it bore has also passed, as it was an embracing of values and ethics many may suggest no longer apply in these modern times

To become a commercial pilot :
* You need to first possess a Student Pilot License. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in Science (Physics and Mathematics) with 50%.
* Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
* You need to register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
* Next is Private Pilot License which includes sixty hours of flying. A Commercial Pilot Licence may be obtained only after a PPL and 250 hours of flying.
