There are many opportunities in both of this courses but as engineering medical has less job opportunities. But in other hand medical has more job security then engineering.

According to my knowledge, both engineering and architecture have a good scope in India. But engineering has more opportunities in countries like India because there are many sub-branches in it. Electronics and communication (ECE) is more software oriented while EEE is a core subject dealing with machines.
