There is no option to get admission in any college without entrance.
All medical seats including (private colleges) MBBS, BAMS will be allotted through online counseling only.
You must have been given at least one medical entrance .
For appearing in counselling and if you are from GEN category then only students with 50 percentile in NEET will be eligible for counselling.

If you are asking that you have left the studies and you want to study again, then the eligibility criteria is: You will have to appear the NEET EXAM for admission in BAMS and you should have done 12th with chemistry, physics, biology and English; and a candidates age should be between 17 and 25. If you are asking me that you want to give the UG NEET again then the answer is no. BAMS is already a tough course. You will already have to study a lot, and again you will not have that much time to prepare.
