It is better to take in some other UG courses related to the medical field. If you don't get admission in MBBS or BDS. For what all UG courses and top colleges accepting NEET refers Medical section in Shiksha page.

It depends on the cut off. Basically, 85% seats are reserved for state students. So if you're from Tamil Nadu then maybe there's little chance.
