Yes you can but the B.A. Must be from a DEC recognised university. Even if you could do it from top 50 b school, it would worth time and value.

You can explore on other option like Kurushetra or other. Also you can take Psychology in correct combination with other subject. I suggest you to he clear with what you wish to do after B.A. Psychology. Traditional courses like higher study or Master in the same. Professional like MBA ( Hr, marketing) or LL.B. All the best.

The minimum eligibility criteria for MBA is a Bachelor degree from a recognised University with minimum 50% of marks. So if your Bachelor degree is from a recognised University and meeting the minimum percentage of marks, than can be eligible for MBA CET.
