Depends upon your percentage as well as location
If you're willing to go outdide go Delhi and join foundation course as well as if you're percent is good you can take admission in du college but then if you are not willing to go please mention a specific location for telling the best college of that area.

BCA makes you adapt at the application level of computers whereas B.Tech makes you proficient at the technical level (Software, Hardware, applications etc. ). It depends upon your interest. After BCA for a better career one should for MCA also but in case of B.Tech. You can immediately look forward to the jobs in the industry. Yes, I guess even in 2nd merit list you can get into the college. For English you may have to take an admission test.
