B.A. (hons) in geography is the course in the undergraduate level and after that you can do the Master's courses in different specializations. You can join in the government sector and as well as in the private sector in different job profiles like: cartographer, surveyor, regional planner, weather inspector.

Admission to B.A. B.Com BBA B.Sc. B.A. LL.B. BHM BPT B. Li. ISC BFA BTTM, and B.Ed courses are offered on the basis of a valid score in the JMI Entrance Test followed by an Interview. JMI also offers BDS programme for which candidates have to qualify in NEET UG conducted at all India level.

The eligibility criteria of M.A. in Percussion of is given below.
Eligibility criteria : Honours graduate/ Post Graduate with Honours from any U.G.C. recognized University in any subject or its equivalent having special aptitude in the concerned subject are eligible to apply.
Admission to the courses under the Faculty of Fine Arts will be made through Admission Test. Marks obtained in the Admission Test will be counted towards preparation of merit list.
Reservation of seats for the reserved categories of ST/SC/OBC/PH will be as per the West Bengal Higher Educational Institutions (Reservation in Admission) Rules, 2013. Reserved category
