Admissions are on merit-basis. Different colleges would be having different cut-offs. You have to wait for the merit list to be announced. There may be entrance exams and personal interview rounds for some colleges too.

According to UGC guidelines, you have to do only one course at a time either a regular one or a distance, one you cannot do two UG courses at a same time. So, if you want to do BA in psychology, then you would have to forego one your current course B.Pharma.
