It is not possible to change your university without lapsing. You will have to start this course fresh else to save that one year take up a new college which is affiliated to the same University under which you are studying right now. Migration within the affiliated college of same university but this is not possible.

This institution does not give any placements to its students; there is nothing exceptional about job placements. I know several seniors who simply received the degree of their course; instead, they feel horrible about wasting their time at this college.

For admission in the college, the candidates need to sit for an entrance test which is conducted in May. Selection of candidates is based on marks obtained at the entrance examination as well as the qualifying examination. Cut offs vary every year.
