Your NEET score is 353. Usually for B.A. MS one must score 420+ for general category for government college. For private it is 300+ Also it too depends upon last years cut-off. Adding it with 15% All India quota and 85% state quota seats in government colleges. Your Overall Percentile is: 85.55 - 86.05 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is : 200213 - 240363. For SC there comes 15% seat reservation.

For the admission purpose, you have to give an entrance exam CUET after that colleges will release cutoffs and then you can select course and college accordingly.

DRC comes under north campus on the other side andc in south. You should visit both the campuses and compare accordingly. But in my view, you should go for DRC as it will give you exposure of north campus.
