For taking admission to BA Economics programme Candidates will have to appear for a Common University Entrance Test (CUET).
You can also get admission based upon your marks in high school. It also depends on the cutoff list of the college.
The basic eligibility for BA Economics programme is 45% marks in aggregate from a valid board of education.
It totally depends on the college if they provide any sort of quota to SC/ST, Christians and others. You must check the college website for more information.
Applicants interested to gain admission through quota can apply through the college website link.

IILM University Gurgaon is definitely a good option if one wants to pursue bachelor's in psychology. I agree that the fees is 3 Lacs but it's totally worth it. It has experienced faculty and flexible curriculum.

It totally depends on your financial situation. I will suggest you to go for a renowned institution for both your undergrad and Masters if you can. Same was the case with me when I shifted Delhi for my UG in B.A. A
