Sorry to say but Candidates must obtain a minimum score of 70 out of 200 in order to pass the exam, with a score of 120-150 being a good score to gain admission into the premier BArch colleges. Now see, the passing marks won't help in getting into top colleges. If you want to get into a good college, you should set a target of scoring at least 120 marks out of 200.

Also

You didn't mentioned your home state. But for top architecture colleges you must score 80-90% in your board exams and a score of 100+ as your NATA score.

BMS College Of Architecture - (BMSCA) Bangalore is accepting NATA and JEE Main paper-2 scores for B.Arch admission. 50% each weightage will be given to entrance and qualifying exams in preparation of merit list. The JEE Main Paper-2 score above 92 percentile can be good enough for admission here. With 65 percentile it is not possible to get in the college .

The qualifying marks for B.Arch admission through JEE Main can vary from year to year and from college to college. Generally, candidates need to score a minimum percentage of marks in their 12th-grade board exams, typically around 50% with mathematics as a compulsory subject. The basic eligibility criteria for the courses is a 10 + 2. All admissions are based on merit in the qualifying examination.
