No, You can't take Direct admission in this course at Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture for Bachelor in Architecture (B.Arch) .
Admission only proceeds through the marks of class 12th. A student who has passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with atleast 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised institution or University can also apply .
Requirements of Class 12th Grade :
Candidates must have passed 10+2 Examination with 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from recognised Institution or School .

As per the CT institute of architecture and planning officials website. It offer the 20 seat for admission in Architecture course means the maximum seat available is only 20.
