As per the link below, NATA qualified students not eligible for admission in B.Arch

But, then you can try for admission in Lovely Professional University. I saw on their website that they need either NATA or JEE Mains Paper II score for admission. You can check the link below for details

No, for government merit seat, both scores are equally important. Since both the scores are considered before the ranking list is announced.
