Yes, you get admission through JEE Mains paper 2.
Previous year (2k17) my friend got 219 marks in JEE Mains Paper 2 and 81% in 12th from CBSE board and he belong to OBC category, his gen Rank-9243 and OBC rank-3800, still he didn't get any college. So I think for a general candidate score must be above than 270 if board marks are not included.

After getting your JEE Mains paper 2 results, first check in which good college you are likely to get admission. Then in the first week of June, go for JEE counselling, and see whether the college you are expecting, are you getting admission there or not. Even if you have not scored good marks, but you are so desperate for B.Arch then prefer for dropping a year, it might prove to be a life changing decision for you.

Till this year board's percentage was included. One of my friends gave this exam. He gave Paper-2 last year and scored 220/390 with 88% in CBSE and my rank was 5678. Unfortunately, this rank can't land me in any of those spans and NITs. My boards ruined it. This means that anything above 250 is going to be a top score. You s
