SB Patil College of Architecture and Design offers COA-approved BArch programme for 5 years. The programme have an approved intake capacity of 120 seats. Admission for 114 seats are done based on CAP round and 6 seats are offered under management quota. Fees for the programme is different depending upon the category student belongs to.
Fee ranges from INR 12,845 for SC category students to INR 5.8 Lakh for open category students.

SB Patil College of Architecture and Design has now moved in the new building which is spread over 10500 square meter of floor area. The college has a modern and functional campus. Campus has 15 studios, 7 classrooms and lecture halls for smooth operation of classes of students. The classrooms are furnished and well-equipped with LCD projectors, workshops, labs, and a well-stocked conventional library. There are fully-equipped laboratories for practical learning of the students.
SBPCOAD campus have separate hostel facility for the students, mess for food facility of the students. The campus also has exam room, conference room, sports facility like basketball court, canteen, ATM, gymnasium, CCTV surveillance for the facility and security of the students.
