The cut off 2023 for B.Arch in Sir J.J College of Architecture for OBC category female students was arround 135 Marks in the first CAP round of the NATA exam. This cutt off might decrease in subsequent CAP rounds.

The candidates who have completed Class 12 or equivalent in the Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) can apply for BArch. They can secure admission to the course through entrance exams such as JEE Main, NATA, CUCET, AAT and MHT CET.
Arch eligibility is securing 50% marks (PCM subject with Maths) in 10+2 or Class 10 with a Diploma from a recognised college. Admissions to Bachelor of Architecture colleges is based on entrance exam NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture).

Generally, in order to get admission in B.Arch course, one needs to have Diploma completed for the 3 years that is a 36 month course with minimum of 60 percent aggregate in the course. If you justify this requirement, then you may be able to fetch an admission in the Bachelors of architecture course. Diploma in a relevant course is essential for the admission in the course.

MSRIT B.Arch fees are INR 4.8 lakh. MSRIT fees may include other components such as tuition fee, hostel fee, medical insurance, mess and other security deposits, etc. It must be noted that the mentioned fee has been sourced from the official website of the institute/sanctioning body. It is still subject to change and hence, is indicative.

Yes, DYPCET offers a five-year BArch course divided into 10 semesters. The maximum duration to complete the programme is eight years. The selection for BArch is based on NATA or JEE Main Paper-II score. Aspirants need to pass a minimum of Class 12 or HSc examination or Diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject to apply for BArch.

Candidates need to pass HSc or Class 12 or Diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject to apply for DY Patil College of Engineering and Technology BArch programme. Besides, candidates need to qualify NATA or obtained non-zero positive score in JEE Main Paper-II. Admission to BArch course is carried out through CAP Round conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education ( DTE ) Maharashtra State. 50% weightage is given to aggregate and PCM marks of HSc and 50% to aptitude test.
