The 5-year curriculum has been divided into 10 semesters and shall include lectures,
tutorials, practicals, seminars, laboratory, field surveys, studio classes, educational
tours and thesis etc. as detailed in the 'Scheme of Teaching and Examinations'. In
addition, seventh semester of B.Arch. programme shall be devoted to Practical
Training as per guidelines laid down in detailed syllabus and executive instructions
issued by the University from time to time.
        The curriculum will also include such other curricular, co-curricular and
extracurricular activities as may be prescribed by the University from time to time.

Aspirants seeking admission to 5 year Full-time B.Arch Program should meet the following criteria as:

Academic Requirement:

The candidate should have passed 10+2 of Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (C.B.S.E.) or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects alongwith one of the subjects of Chemistry/Engg.Drawing/Computer Science/Biology with atleast 50% aggregate marks.

Entrance Exam:

Candidates must qualify one of the following entrance test - UPSEE/ NATA

Yes, with a 10,000 rank in any of the accepted tests, you have a good chance of getting in NIRMA University BArch. NATA cutoff under General All India category for BArch admission has gone up to 21000+ in previous years. Hence, yes, with 10,000 rank an eligible student has a good chance of getting admissionm in the university.

No, you need to qualify for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) to join the Faculty of Architecture at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) for a B.Arch program: 

Admission process: AKTU's admission process for the Faculty of Architecture is both entrance and merit-based. 

Exams accepted: The university considers NATA, CUET, GATE, and other exams for admission. 

Eligibility: To be eligible for admission, you must have a 10+2 with a 50% aggregate. 

NATA: The Council of Architecture (CoA) has been conducting NATA since 2006 to qualify for admission to a Bachelor of Architecture program.
