Shri Ram College of Commerce consistently achieves greater success. During the Recruitment Season 2022–2023, placements at Shri Ram College of Commerce reached all-time highs with the wonderful 500+ offers and 100+ recruiters from a variety of sectors. The Placement Cell offers students a range of options including placements, internships, and articleships. Over the course of its operation, it has assisted the recruiting campaigns of top recruiters in a variety of industries, including finance, consulting, tax and advising, e-commerce, and many more. Thirty to forty percent of students are placed at SRCC; the highest salary package ever recorded was 45 lacs per year, and the average package was more than 10 lacs per year. Well-known companies like BCG, HUL, McKinsey, and Brain and Company aggressively seek for SRCC candidates.

Review 1: “The placements were good. I got an offer letter from McKinsey with 4.5 Lacs per annum. The top companies that recruited students were McKinsey, E&Y, Amazon etc. Everyone in our batch got an internship, and few had problems due to the pandemic. Even those problems were solved by our college”.
Review 2: “The college doesn't provide any good placements. It is a very bad college, and I am sure you will never get placed if you join this college. No good companies visit the college for placements. Many bad companies visit the college to recruit students and the salary package offered is very bad. Studying at this college is a waste of time”.
Review 3: “There are many companies which are coming for placements. And, there are many more companies to come. The companies which come for placements are giving good annual packages. The freshers can have good careers. It helps you to find good jobs while all the reputed companies come for placements”.

Conclusively, while review 1 and review 3 indicate positive placement experiences and opportunities at the college, review 2 highlights dissatisfaction regarding the quality of placements. Thus, the overall impression suggests a mixed sentiment, with some students finding satisfactory placements while others express disappointment and doubt.

 Almost 90% of the students from our course got placed. The salary offered to the students in our course ranges between Rs. 10,000 to 1 lac per month. Top recruiting companies like Oppo, Infosys, Flipkart, etc., visit our campus for placements. Top roles, like the HR manager and other higher officials, are offered to the students. Almost 90% of the students from our course got an internship. Students get job according to their percentage.Almost 50% of the students got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 18,000 per month. The average salary offered was Rs. 12,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 8,000 per month. Wipro, TCS, CTS, Microsoft, Infosys, are the top recruiters. Software trainee, software developer, software programming, website design, are offered. The highest salary offered in our course was Rs. 20,000 per month.

• SCAC has goof tie-ups that help in getting an average package around INR 5-7 LPA for the BCom (Hons) graduate. Many students opted out due to personal reasons like higher studies or family business. One can get a good company by keeping their profile versatile.

Although, the students being placed are quite low.

In Conclusion the placements at SCAC BCom records decent placement and the average CTC vary from INR 3.5LPA to INR 7LPA. 

The placement cell at Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce Pune, has recorded a significant number of placements for BCom students, with a total of 154 students getting placed in the 2021-2022 academic year (as of 30th June, 2022).
