The NIRF report 2023 incorporates overall placement statistics for UG 93-year) courses. A total of 252 UG (3-year) students graduated in 2022, out of these 38 were placed successfully. The number of UG 93-year) students placed in 2021 was nearly the same and the count stood at 37. From 2020 to 2022, the number of students placed has improved. If you can observe MBA fresher is also treated the same these days.
At present MCom fresher is as equal as BCom grads in terms of corporate position and the pay package will also be as a fresher. It would be better if you can get work experience in the 2 years instead of MCom, and meanwhile you can take up a Masters course in Distance mode from good Universities. This would add value to the two years time.
