Bachelors Degree in Commerce Stream [B.Com] are eligible to pursue the Masters Degree in either of the two departments i,e. Arts and Commerce [M.A and M.Com] given one fulfills the admission criteria of the University one is seeking to pursue in with. The duration of the Masters program is two years.
Since, you are a Commerce Graduate, you will be better served if you pursue the Masters Degree in the same stream, given, you will have already gained the basic knowledge and a strong foundation in the Commerce Department. However, if you are willing take up Arts in the Post Graduate Degree program, you can definitely look to pursue.

If you want to take admission in the first year then admission will be based on class 12th. You should have 50% in 10+2 with physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM) or physics, chemistry, and biology (PCB) and you'll have to qualify NEET. After B.Com, you need to appear for entrance exams such as CAT/MAT/XAT/SNAP/GMAT/CMAT and on the basis of your exam score you can choose among various universities and then you can apply for MBA. So basically for MBA admission you need to give any of above mentioned entrance exam. Thank you.

You can go for media management, event management, journalism and mass communication, photography, public relation or advertising related courses. Apart from this, you may apply in international relations courses, editing courses and many more.

Hello Pranjul It's in demand nowadays. You may go for a 3-year full-time degree course, or, certificate course or a Diploma. The choice is up to you. If you are looking directly for the Masters then one thing is very clear that the colleges look out for your completion of graduation in the relevant course ( but yours is not relevant), however, some colleges carry out a test to find out the eligibility of a student. Diploma in film making is also a good option.
