If you belong to the General AI category, the UCEED Round 1 cutoff 2026 for B.Des admission was 77. The cutoff rank depends on the round and category. Therefore, candidates must target a lower cutoff rank to have a better chance of securing a seat at IIT Guwahati.

BDes scholarship process at Artemisia College of Art and Design starts during the admission stage itself. Performing well in the ACAD Entrance Test or presenting an outstanding portfolio is the best way to be considered. Some scholarships might require an additional interview or a separate application form.

The college has faculty who understand both the academic and professional sides of design. Students get to work on projects that are designed to meet current industry needs. Small batch sizes also mean more direct interaction with teachers compared to larger universities.

The fees for courses like fashion and interior design are often more affordable here than at many big-city private colleges. However, the animation and game design fees reflect the high cost of the technology provided. It is important to compare what is included, such as lab access and software. Artemisia College of Art and Design tries to keep BDes costs transparent for students and their families.

Successful candidates from the first stage are called for a personal interview, which can be online or on campus. At least one parent or guardian must attend this discussion with the student. It focuses on your interests and goals. The interview is a vital part of the BDes selection at Artemisia College of Art and Design.

Yes, you can opt for Path B, which is portfolio-based admission. This is for students who already have a collection of paintings, digital art, or creative scripts. Your work will be reviewed by the faculty to decide if you move to the interview stage. Artemisia College of Art and Design offers this route to allow talented artists to enter the BDes programme based on their existing skills.

The Fashion Design department has 50 seats available. Like the other courses, admission is competitive and based on artistic merit. Students must clear the interview process to secure a spot. Limited seats allow for detailed hands-on work with fabrics and design tools.
