BDes courses at Saintgits Design School have a total seat intake of 30 in 2025. Candidates are alloted these seats once they successfully clear the SDAT entrance exam for BDes admissions. To confirm the seat allotment, candidates must pay the admission fees as prescribed by the Saintgits Design School. Candidates will be informed of the fees once they are alloted one after the admission assessment.

SDAT exam for BDes admissions at Saintgits Design School has three parts that a candidate must clear. Candidates who are applying through other entrance exams will directly skip to the 2nd and 3rd part of the test. The SDAT exam structure is comprised of the following three parts:
Design Aptitude Test (30% weightage)
This test comprises of multiple choice questions on general knowledge, analytical ability and questions testing writing and drawing skills. The test is for 1 hour. (Bring your own pens, pencils, eraser, ruler, sketch pens and colour pencils.)
Studio Test (30% weightage)

Candidates who wish to take admissions into BDes courses at Saintgits Design School can either register to appear for the SDAT entrance exam which is conducted by the insitute itself or any approved design admission examination conducted by IIT (UCEED), NID (DAT), NIFT, Council of Architecture (NATA) or LBS (KS-DAT). Candidates can registr for SDAT by visiting the official website of Saintgits Design School.

It might be possible to apply for Saintgits Design School BDes courses offline if the candidate is applying through the SDAT entrance exam. However, if the candidate is applying through a different entrance exam, they cannot apply for Saintgits Design School offline as registrations for such entrance exams is only acceptable in the manner prescribed in the announcement circular.

No, UCEED 2025 entrance exam has been concluded at this point of time. Saintgits Design School BDes course admissions also accept different entrance exam scores as well including the SDAT entrance exam conducted by Saintgits Design School itself. Candidates can find all the accepted entrance exams for BDes admissions on the official website. If candidates have appeared for any of them, candidates can apply for admission through those.

No, NIFT 2025 entrance exam is over at this point of time. Saintgits Design School BDes course admissions also accept different entrance exam scores aswell. Candidates can find all the accepted entrance exams for BDes admissions on the official website. If candidates have appeared for any of them, candidates can apply for admission through those.

Yes, students appearing for their Class 12 board exams can also apply for admissions at Saintgits Design School BDes courses. However, admission granted to such students will be provisional until the students fulfill the eligibility criteria set for the BDes course admissions. Candidates who wish to apply for the SDAT entrance exam can do so by visiting the official website.
