Yes I fully support you in that studying at any age in life or any stage in life is always good for developing one's career and one's knowledge. But I am afraid to tell you that at least presently in India no professional course including that of Engineering graduation can be offered by any university under the distance education more which is what you are sinking. However there is a way out. Ask you are working and an Indian citizen you can think of doing what is called as A M I E. By completing all the papers of this examination, you get qualification which is equivalent to graduation in engineering and is accepted by everyone for all the purposes. Best wishes to you.
