The university affiliated college, BGS Institute of Technology, has a separate Training and Placement cell managed by a dedicated team. The cell acts as a linker for the Industrial Training and Placement of students. Students go through Personality Assessment Tests, Presentation Skills, Group Discussion, Interview & Assertiveness, to understand their interests. This unique feature of the college placement cell facilitates BE students to have a cutting edge on all fronts. With placements from BE department, Adichunchanagiri University taking place with recruiters like Infosys, TCS, Accenture etc., the university ranks amongst the top institutes for BE.

Students must check the minimum eligibility and selection criteria for BE at Adichunchanagiri University. After ensuring that he/she meets both the requirements, applicant must open the official portal of the university. After selecting the department of engineering, management and technology, student must click on BGS Institute of Technology. Herein, under the downloads section, the application form is available for downloading.  After filling the downloaded form, students must pay the application fee online. The university does not offer an offline payment facility for application fee. Finally, the filled application form with relevant documents and the receipt of the application fee must be submitted at the admissions office of the college. All the relevant documents are enlisted on the official portal of BGS Institute of Technology.

In addition to the hostel and tuition fee, the following charges have to be paid by the students at Army college of Dental Sciences, on an yearly basis:

• Mess charges: The students' mess is run by a mess committee formed by students amongst themselves. Monthly messing is INR 4200/-  or (INR 140/- per day), as worked out by the mess committee. Payment for one year (INR 50,400/-) has to be made in advance at the time of admission as well as every year.
• Gymnasium: Gymnasium has been installed in the college campus for students. Gym charges for INR 600/- (i.e. INR 50/- per month). The same is paid in advance separately at the time of admission as well as every year.
• AWES Insurance: All students studying in AWES Colleges have been insured centrally by HQ AWES. The AWES Insurance premium for INR 130/- per year (INR 390/- for three years) required to be paid in advance by the candidate.
