The seats for BTech is allotted on the basis of Merit in TS EAMCET exam total 70 percent seats are allotted for entrance examinees and 30 percent for management quota and NRIs. I'm aiming for CMR's B.Tech, and admissions work like this: 70% of the seats are filled through rank-based TS EAMCET counseling—so good performance in PCM and EAMCET is key. The other 30% are management seats where you still need either an EAMCET rank or at least 50% in PCM—no freebies there. If you're a Diploma student, you've got the TS? ECET route into second year. So yep, it's a straightforward mix of entrance and merit.”

You can get admission in PCT for BE/B.Tech by the TNEA (Tamil Naidu Engineering Admissions) exam. after the exam you have to appear in the councling process conducted by the Anna university and seat will be allocated acc to your exam performance.
PCT also offers seats through the Management and Nri Quota. for this you need to appear in the seperate exam conducted by the college for these seats
