B.E. / B.Tech in East West Group of Institutions, Magadi Road; the fee for courses as well as different categories differs. On an average basis, a candidate is charged INR 80,000 to INR 1, 20,000 per year as tuition fee for candidates getting admission under the KCET and COMEDK. Management quota seats vary in exact fee, may be on the higher side also. One can also obtain up-to-date and current information by visiting the official website of the college or directly contacting the admissions office. Sometimes the fee structure may also be modified every year. Sometimes extra charges might be levied on accommodation, transportation, etc.

East West Group of Institutions, Magadi Road, mainly bases selection criteria for B.E. / B.Tech on entrance exams. Candidate passed the 10+2 exam with a minimum aggregate percentage of 45% marks, where as 40% in the case of SC/ST category students from any recognised board in the country, in subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Admission is typically based on scores obtained in Karnataka CET (KCET) or COMEDK UGET. Candidates who qualify in those exams are eligible for the counseling and seat allotments. Direct admission is possible also through management quota considering the eligibility and availability of the seats.

The eligibility criteria for the B.E. / B.Tech course at M.S. Engineering College are as follows: pass in 10+2 in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (or equivalent) with the prescribed minimum percentage of marks.
